Shipping & Returns

Everything we make is printed to order, so here is exactly what happens after you click buy, and exactly what to do if it isn't right.

Shipping

We ship worldwide.

1. We make it

Your order goes into production the same or next business day. Printing, finishing and quality checking takes 2-5 business days, or up to 7 business days for larger orders, all-over prints and back prints.

2. We ship it

You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is labeled. First scans can take 24-48 hours to appear.

3. It arrives

Transit is 5-8 business days inside the United States and 10-30 business days internationally, so most US orders arrive 7-13 business days after they are placed. These estimates come from our print and shipping partners and are not guaranteed.

What shipping costs

Free worldwide shipping on every order over $35. It applies automatically at checkout, and there is no code to enter.

Under $35 there is one shipping charge per order, and adding more items never adds another charge. Inside the US that is $5.99 on orders under $45 and $7.99 from $45 up. International rates are worked out by weight and destination and are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Some orders are produced at more than one facility and may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You still only pay the single charge shown at checkout, and each parcel has its own tracking.

International orders

Prices are in US dollars. Import duties, customs charges or local taxes may be charged by your own country on delivery. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in what you pay us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Every piece is printed for you individually, after you order it. We hold no stock, and we have no shop or warehouse for a returned parcel to go back to, so there is physically nowhere for a return to be sent. Please use the size guide on every product page before you order, and email us if you would like a second opinion on fit. We would much rather help before you buy.

There are two situations we will always sort out for you, and neither of them needs you to post anything back.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

This one is on us. Email hello@shopatleblanc.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photographs. We will reprint the item or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Ordered the wrong size

We will still help. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send you a discount code of up to 70% off so you can order the same item again in the size you need.

Keep the original item, there is nothing to send back. This is limited to one replacement per order, and the free shipping threshold applies to the replacement order in the normal way.

Cancellations

Production begins shortly after an order is placed, so contact us immediately if you need to cancel or amend something. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address carefully. If a parcel is returned to our print partner because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will gladly resend it once you confirm the right address, but an additional shipping charge will apply.

Lost parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, email us. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund based on their findings.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a further 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to show it. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or a defective product. If your order qualified for free shipping and only part of it is refunded, we will not charge you for shipping afterwards.

Nothing here affects any statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
