Returns & Refunds Policy

At LeBlanc, every item is printed and finished to order especially for you. We hold no stock, and we do not operate a shop or warehouse that a returned parcel could be sent back to. Because of this, our returns policy differs from that of a traditional retailer. Please read it before you order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges

Every piece is produced specifically for your order, after you place it. There is physically nowhere for a return to be sent, so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a colour preference, ordering the wrong size, an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout, or an accidental order. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Please refer to the size guide on every product page before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, email us at hello@shopatleblanc.com and we will gladly help before you buy.

The two exceptions below are both handled without any return being required.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right, and you do not need to send anything back.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@shopatleblanc.com with:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the problem

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will reprint the item or issue a full refund where appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

Ordered the wrong size

We understand that shopping online can make finding the perfect fit difficult, so we will still help.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send you a discount code of up to 70% off so that you can order the same item again in the correct size.

Keep the original item. There is nothing to send back and no return is required. This offer is limited to one replacement per order, and our normal shipping terms apply to the replacement order, including free worldwide shipping on orders over $35.00.

Order cancellations

Orders begin production shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Incorrect shipping addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If an order is returned to our print partner because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we will gladly resend it once the correct address has been confirmed. Please note that an additional shipping charge will apply for reshipment.

Lost packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the carrier's findings.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or a defective product. If your order qualified for free shipping and only part of it is refunded, we will not charge you for shipping afterwards.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Free shipping is applied automatically to every order over $35.00. Below that, one shipping charge applies per order: within the United States, $5.99 on orders under $45.00 and $7.99 on orders of $45.00 and over. International rates are calculated by weight and destination and are always shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient. Full details, including production and delivery times, are in our Shipping Policy.
